CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS

Guests must be aware of the following:

    • Pets are allowed in the park, but not in the pool area.
    • Breeds with history of agression are not allowed.
    • Pets must be restrained at all times, no unattended tethering is allowed and guests must clean up after pets.
    • Please use trash containers.
    • Tents and vehicles must stay in assigned areas only. Notify the office before making any location changes.
    • Park quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Do not operate machinery, generators or radios during these hours.
    • Please keep radios at a reasonable volume level at all other hours. No radios are allowed in the main building, pool area, or store.
    • Maximum speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the park.
    • Please observe all “No Trespassing” signs and stay within the park boundries as indicated on the map.
    • Pedal bikes are allowed in the park. Motorcycles and motored bikes are not allowed.
    • Conversion buses are not allowed.
    • Firearms, including pellet and BB guns or any type of explosives are prohibited.
    • Fireworks are not allowed.
    • Absolutely no Open Fires, except in designated fire rings or barbecue grills. You are responsible for your fire and any damage that should occur due to negligence. Never leave a fire unattended. Make sure your fire is completery extinguished before leaving your site.
    • Parents are responsible for their children. All children under 14 must have adult supervision at all times. At dusk, all children under 18 must return to their site or be accompanied by an adult.
    • Please help us maintain the natural beauty of the park. Do not deface, damage, or cut trees, shrubs, plants or landscaped areas.Please do not disturb any wildlife in the park.. For your convenience, fire wood is available in the store or you may bring your own. Wood pallets are not allowed in the park. The penalty is $250 for the infraction of any of these rules and will be imposed immediately.
    • Management reserves the right to deny entry or evict from the park, any person who refuses to abide by park rules or is involved in any illegal activities. No refunds are given in case of eviction.
    • A credit card deposit is required to secure the gate key. All unreturned or damaged keys will be charged $15.
    • All persons entering Ma-Tar-Awa RV Park grounds agree to hold the park harmless of all loss, claims, injury or accident.
    • The issuance of a registration permit is not to be constructed as a waiver of the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians Sovereign immunity from suit.

POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

Guests must be aware of the following:

      • Guests must obey all posted rules in and around pool area.
      • Swimmers must wear proper swimming suits and attire.
      • Campers planning to use the pool must change into proper attire at their campsite.
      • Pool and hot tub are registered guests only.
      • Children under 14 must be attended by a responsible adult 18 years or over at all times while in the swimming pool or main building.
      • Hot tub use is for adults only. No one under 18 is allowed in the hot tub area.
      • Alcohol consumption is prohibited by law while in the pool area, main building, store or on adjacent walkways.
      • No glassware is allowed in the pool area.
      • No swimming, diving or flotation devices of any kind are allowed.
      • Do not enter the main store dripping wet.
      • Pets are not allowed in or around the pool or hot tub area.
      • No bicycles, skateboards or electronic devices (CD players, radios, ect.) are allowed in the pool and hot tub area.
      • Management reserves the right to deny pool and hot tub use to anyone at anytime.
